It always amazes me that schools will try to punish people for acting in self defense.
It's part of their "zero tolerance" policy that they're so proud of. In practice, it's more like a "zero thought" policy. People like that think the rules are their own justification. Once someone scribbles out a Policy, whatever that policy says is morally right because it's the policy.
You'd think so-called "educators" would have covered what "circular reasoning" is at some point in their own training and education.
Same in Germany

It’s because the school system is controlled by the government and the school system is there to train you to be a complaisant slave, do as your told, don’t fight back.
Because it's easier to manage.
If you wouldn't do that, you would need to figure out who was wrong, with teens. Most teen victims are silent, most teen perps have friends and most teen friends would lie for their friend. And everyone else does not want to upset the bully.
You are more likely to get the opposite evidence: that the perp was a victim and that the victim was the perp.
On top of that: they're not cops. Finding evidence isn't their job and they are not good at it. That's why.
because most bullies are bullies because they they know can get away with it. If you had a karen for a mom you know you can get away with anything.

Self defense stops when you continue to fight after they are incorporated or if it's not a reasonable force. The punch was self defense. The kick was sexual assault
Schools always make the person who defended themselves suffer for protecting themselves while the latter gets special treatment
they tried the same on my son. My son got hit first first. He defended himself and got in trouble.
I whent to school and scolded them. They where realy trying to suspenmd my son for self defence. I told them i would take the day off on the same day he gets suspended and make sure he has the best day at an amusementpark of his choosing to reward him for self defence.

If you assume that the touching was inappropriate. If it happened to be that he simple brushed aside her while in a hurry, then this is not the correct response. Assume ignorance before malice.
@@deckwolf3442Obviously you have no proof it's just brushing through her if they ended up in the prinicipal's office also it was recorded and I'm sure you can distinguish when someone grabs you and when someone caresses you accidentally
Sorry, in the original story, the boy touch her ass, is the complete story. So it's not assume@@deckwolf3442
@@deckwolf3442 The girl knows what happened, that's why she reacted like that. And since people tend to say girls must have wanted, this is the correct reaction to show that she did not want him touching her.
@@deckwolf3442 You're the kind of kid to "brush" your hand across a girl's chest while just strolling by, aren't you?
I hate schools, I was never a bad kid but they ruined my life because I stood up for my self and fought back after being beaten
I hate school and i have been suspended multiple times im on my last strike but everything that goes on is bullshit and i get mad easily to because of anger issues i fucking hate people that dont listen and instantly think i can just stop when im mad
@@pet-simxplays
So what kind of help are you getting for your anger issues? You can't get off without consequences for being abusive just by claiming you have anger issues without actively seeking help for them.
@@bennylofgren3208 Who in the right fuck said im being abusive sir I take meds i have consequences im saying they dont try to help they make it worse and the only way they think will calm me down is making me sit in the front office for 2 hours where its always busy and loud im not gonna calm down there now please dont respond again because you just pissed me off with the fact you instantly thought i have been abusing people
@bennylofgren3208 oh and by the way schools dont help anger issues my parents and therapist do i have meds when i run out i get mad easily
@@pet-simxplaysYou should NOT be “running out” of medication. Either you’re abusing it, or your shitty parents arent filling it on time.
That is not a normal problem, especially with someone who needs to be chilled out with meds or they could end up hurting someone, like you.
I just can’t understand until I am given the definition of touched in this situation.
My man, do you want to hold a trial online for a Reddit story that happened last decade?
Should we get lawyers? A judge? A jury?
@@TheReal_Antreyyes
its implied she was touched inappropriately.
Happened with me as well, I am a boy who got bullied and one day this dude broke my fingernail with a plier. Just as he was going to break the nail on the other finger, (he was alone this time, I usually got bullied by him and two others) I kicked his nuts, grabbed them and twisted them. I got brought to the principals office along with my parents and they said they were going to suspend me, I had already called the cops by that point and they showed a few minutes later. I requested the security footage from the control room as I knew a very kind lady there who saw what was going on and that was already with the cops. I pressed charges and he got sent to juvie, our principal lost her job for trying to punish me for self defense. My parents were in shock seeing how I was always calm and at the whole ordeal.
Doesn't matter if she didn't get in trouble after they should still do legal action against the boy and school thats just stupid, imagine if he does it to a kid who cant do that and defend themselves
I'm glad she did the right thing. And it makes me angry that professors react like that. I would get beat as school and defend myself, but It would get detention because kids would pretend I did it without reason. I was suspended but ended up getting a number of apologies when students suddenly got expelled. Later I discovered my father had revealed to teacher how I was being treated and it was safe to say that I was never attacked again.
A true American style of fighting 😂
For everyone saying that the boy may have accidentally touched the daughter, that’s almost definitely not the case. RUclips censorship goes crazy with any mention of SA, so the word the original poster used was probably ‘groped’. It was just changed in the video to avoid getting taken down or shadowbanned.
Related to the question, my sister was bullied relentlessly by a kid for six months in elementary school. Because there wasn’t really evidence, the bully was never reprimanded.
Well my mom was pissed, and for months she tried convincing my sister to stand up for herself, but my sister just said “No mommy, we shouldn’t hit people.”
Well, after six months of relentless bullying, my sister finally fought back. A teacher saw and my sister was reprimanded, but the teacher told my mom that she had seen the bullying and was proud of my sister.
So the teacher saw the bullying and still did nothing? That's messed up!!!😡😤
Know thats 100% self defense
>broke nose
ahh the realest of the reddit stories
School management's practice of pushing everything under the rug is one of the reasons that grooms bullying among kids.
And that’s why my daughters will always defend themselves. Ain’t nobody goin to jail except me
I read that wrong the first time🤣
My oldest daughter was being stalked by an ex.
He his behind bushes and swung a knife at her face. She still has the scar.
She beat his ass, unconscious, with the knife still in his hand.
Mommy and the simp, beta male living her ass, the father, wanted her arrested.
He went to jail, and we sued them because we proved he was stalking her, and mommy encouraged it.
Saying the daughter was in the wrong for defending herself against inappropriate and unwanted touch is BAD NEWS BEARS. It's literally teaching young girls they _CAN'T_ stand up for themselves or they'll get in trouble, and speaking out against sexual assault is punishable. Fuck public schools.
Imagine he was just trying to get her attention by touching her shoulder or something
Bad Publicity are what scares these mfs, so when such opportunity arose go and share it to the media so that they'll be willing to work things out
If they know nothing will go their way… “suddenly” they are very quite and quick to try and “sweep it under the rug”
Its called "self defense '
My son stood up to the mean safety lady at his school. He told her to call me to tell me that he was cussing in the hallway. She always through into his face that I’m a teacher. What she didn’t know was that his behavior is extra reflective of mine. I waited several times, but she never called. So, right before he graduated, I professionally told her off when she stated that he might not graduate. She didn’t know that he actually had been tested and was one of two of the brightest children ever tested in the district. The other was actually my older son ten years prior!
imagine accidentally brushing past someone and suddenly seeing the pearly gates
I hate that kids get punished for self defense. School is preparing them for the "real world" and in the real world you f around and find out. Even people who have unalived others in self defense dont get punished, so why do kids in school have to?
It's because the justice system is rigged to not punish the white male. In my school victims usually got in trouble no matter the crime and maybe once In a blue moon if the bully was not a white male you and the bully would get in trouble
That's not actually true. Unfortunately, being punished for seeking justice about se×ual assault is more common than getting justice for SA. This school is sadly representative of the wider world.
I kid you not, one of my teachers who was the head of year before I transferred schools in Year 9 told me to talk to her in her office, so after I got bullied (I got punched and kicked in the balls), she went "I don't believe you, you're a pathological liar, the only way I'll ever believe you is when you come into this school with a knife in your back!"
Yea but according to the story, it's not even self defense because the boy didn't even harm her
@@tyrelclay8220 he touched her. When people say "_______ touched her." And they say it's an wrong thing. They usually mean inappropriate touch. Not touching her shoulder....
Btw, they likely used "touched" because of censorship on reddit and RUclips but based on the context its easy to assume it was inappropriate and they wanted to blame both students to probably make his parents feel better.
What do you mean that something wrong the girl did nothing wrong
@@keqing140yes she was saying the dumb football mfer did something wrong
@odilajoseph9266 I mean, the school is trying to seem neutral. She was totally justified to defend herself, but the school likely was facing pressure from his parents to punish both of them since their child was also hurt.
@@DynamicWhispers sometimes “staying neutral” is choosing a side.
@@rainanewman3006 I totally agree
It is never even technically wrong to defend yourself. Punishing kids for protecting themselves is just wrong.
Imagine the guy just brushed against her shoulder
he definitely didnt
The girl did nothing wrong, she was fighting in self defense
Shame on the adults in this. If she was truly grabbed to the authorities need to be called regardless. He does not get a pass because she punched him in his balls. She was defending herself. And it sounds like mom was saying don’t report it.
It's kinda useless too report groping. Unless there was a full on assault there won't be any jail time. You can get a law suit and a restraining order if the court decides its necessary. That's about it. At least in my area.
she still has to learn that she cant just smack people unwarranted.
The football dude probably bumped into her on accident and she really said HUYAHH
They meant inappropriate touching
Defending yourself is never wrong.
