- I got a tip that there were some abandoned structures and settlements west of Ottawa, Ontario (near Perth & Renfrew) . So I called on my friend Kyle to join me in the hunt for some of Ontario's Ghost Towns. (Canada)

With the house prices in Toronto the way they are all these places need is an upbeat and aggressive real estate agent and a building inspector that takes bribes and an young couple willing to commute. Oops did I say real estate agent? I meant bone picking vulture.
Where was the first location (the one with the saunsa room)? I am from the area, but can't seem to recognize it.

The sauna looks like something built by 1970's back-to-the-land folks.
It was built in the 90s along with the bridge. Late 90s

dont really looks fully ghost town as the grass is still clearly getting cut.

I hope you asked for permission to be at the Allen's mill as you are trespassing! The log cabin is not original to the property as it was built by a previous owner, along with the bridge and addition to the property. If you are going to film something like this contacting the owner would be wise. as all your comments are completely off. A previous owner built the bridge/log cabin as part of the heritage program at the perth algonquin campus. The same with the recent addition with field stone brought in off site and is not original to the property. Next time dont tresspass and get better history as it is completely available if you choose to research.

@@Shane-db5bc it's called trespassing which is illegal in Canada. You can't just walk on to private property. Especially when there are signs saying not to trespass.
