Thank you for being real. I am a holistic master esthetician of almost 4 decades and I teach beauty and aging holistically and naturally on my channel. I want to Thank you for being real. So many channels sell products and procedures and have done invasive procedures to their faces ( essentially lying) and it is so frustrating to me how they are really taking advantage of so many women and making them afraid to age Aging can be a beautiful! Once I show them time and time again women are amazed at the changes they can create in a short time. I teach them to do facial yoga every night.

I was looking for your eye technique - it may be that I saw it on one of your #shorts. I thought I would find it again on here, so that I can report wow!!!! Game changer for uneven eyebrows!!!
You start on the affected eyebrow taking the fingers on the opposite side and pull up on that area then place the heel of the hand on affected side there. Looking down look right then left for 30 seconds. ( lifting the eyebrow up gets the sagging eyelid skin out of the way so proper movement can occur. I still place the fingers of the hand on the unaffected the normal eyebrow side on that eyebrow while performing this. The change is remarkable! I’m noticing fast changes but I have been doing some form of facial exercises since 1999. I stated to move to face yoga in the past few years. Keep up the amazing face yoga inspiration, instruction whether it’s massage, exercises& face training! Totally hooked! 👏❤️😇

I am 68 years old and over recent years getting more Deeper vertical lines down the sides of my face visibly worse on smiling and at this stage very conscious and embarrassed *. Can you suggest some gua sha or exercises that would help firm up /tighten these droopy areas?? I'm determined but unsure where to start and scared of making it worse, regards and hopeful Maggie

I own one almost identical by Mount Lai; they're the eye rollers and you can get them online or at Sephora and they come in jade, rose quartz, and amethyst. I love mine! I have a normal roller and gua sha from Mount Lai too.
