Hi mate, have you figured out how to install the seat using the ISOGO/ISOFIX system? I just bought this one, and having problem installing the seat! We didn't even know that you needed to make sure your car is ISOFIX compatible! luckily ours are (which we realised long after we bought it)
at least show how to insure the seat is installed correctly , if there is no locking clip how can the seat remain tight within the car , I don't understand why a company would go to the trouble of making a video , and than show incorrect fitment .and u wonder why 80% of seat are not used correctly in Australia
Hi Brad, thank you for taking the time to view the video and posting your comment. With regard to the Euro and Hera, the locking clip is an option and the car seats have passed standards testing without its use, therefore it is not a requirement to obtain correct, safe fitment. A locking clip can always be utilised for additional fitment and we will look into the option of recommending the use of an locking clip into the next video.

When pressing the red lever it seems to have stuck on mine and now won't adjust after the first try. Is there a remedy for this?
