You should put this rerelease on Spotify. Just went to listen to it there and was like "WHAT IS THIS MIX." Had to come back to the video to make sure I wasn't crazy.
Being both a musician and dancer, I feel a unique connection to this concept which is the first of its kind I've come across. Kudos for imagining something new and executing it well.
This band's music video has the aggressive beauty that progressive metal portrays and at the same time because of the beautiful choreography in the music video gives their music a very calm experience when listening to their music. :)
Terrapin is finally released on vinyl. There are only 100 copies available to the public, get yours here: outrunthesunlight.bandcamp.com/album/terrapin-2
+xavier salvador you can find the sense of the dancers on the description: "The piece explores the relationship of the musicians movements, both big and small, to the movement of dancers." now my opinion, you can find a relation between: dancers movements -> music
John Crichton Andrea Wright, a Chicago-based choreographer and performer, created a 7-minute dance piece to accompany a remixed and remastered version by Auré "WorC" Pereira (Uneven Structure) at Flatcurve Studios in France
+John Crichton if you compare the album version with this version, you will notice a huge difference on drum arrangements, and general rythmics (here are way more "understandable" and "regular"). Knowing this, we can say that the song has been recorded again, so, it has been kinda-remastered.

Zwel MUN WINT The color was done entirely freehand by the editor. No VSCO was used.
Audiotreetv I know but reminds me off VSCO things. haha. chill
It's basically just a tone curve thing. Faded blacks, mostly.
I swear to god i am not lying the drumer is my uncle
and one of the dancers are my wife, believe
+Erik Tails i swear im not lying
+Cortical C137. oml i am no lying his mom is my grandmothers sister so tht makes him my moms cousin and tht makes him my uncle
Pilar Perez wouldnt that make him your cousin too? for him to be your uncle, he'd have to be one of your parent's sibling.
he's my friend =D
:)
This one takes me elsewhere.
Where are the drums?! They are barely audible. Too loud on the guitars: the drums are drowned out. NEED MORE DRUMS.
Enjoyable listen nonetheless.
WTF is this
All very nice ... but those girls dancing ... i found it quite non sense... in my opinion
Yes

Was the song remastered for this video??
