This hearing took place march 16, 2023 it was in relation to the charges of malicious use of telephone to harass Charles Nerswick. Charles and Lindsay had a relationship lasting 5 years, 2018-2023, and were never married.

I could understand if they were married and the child from the time they were newborns a man or woman who is not the biological mother or father would have visitation rights. But this is only if the man or woman legally adopted them make sure anyone reading this “LEGALLY” meaning real certified documentation. But if this was just some long term relationship for 3-5 yrs then no, you have absolutely no say, no rights, no responsibility to children that you helped take care of. You were just daddy’s girlfriend. Maybe they called you mom, or Miss whatever but it’s kind of a natural instinct for a child to use terms like this. If they have a biological mother that’s involved and by the sound of it she is then she has a say who is to be this or that to “HER” children. The biological mom has rights not some crazy girlfriend. The fact the police had to tackle this woman and get his kids back from her means they saw you as a kidnapper and they consider you to be an unstable and dangerous person. They aren’t going to play are to your delusional thinking. Nor would I or any other officer. I have followed this case and this woman spends way too much time talking and never listens. When she is quiet she is just thinking what she will say next as she is not listening to anything you say unless you speak facts about the case she always claims is a lie. Ladies and gentlemen this woman should be nowhere near your children. She should be nowhere near a relationship. She needs tons of therapy and maybe the amount of times she has had incidents with the police because she is harassing her ex boyfriend she should be deemed a menace to society and be locked up for as long as it’s needed to get head screwed on correctly. I think it was team skeptic that said you need to tell her they’re not her children and she should be told one more time. Maybe it would be best for the children to tell her this that they already have a mommy and that you were just daddy’s girlfriend. But now that you aren’t with daddy anymore we don’t want to be around you anymore.
But also I want to say this father is also a dumb shit. You need to be very careful in who you expose your children to. You made a bad decision by introducing your kids to this nutjob and now you’re paying the consequences. You should have always reminded her that she is not their mother and kept her away from many responsibilities of taking care of those children. But I am dad was thinking on his own needs and the trouser devil got him involved with a crazy lunatic. You should wait a very long time before introducing your kids especially if they are super young to anyone. You have no clue what kind of a but you may be dating. You start to see warning signs this person has a screw loose then it would be wise to keep separate residences and only allow her over when the children aren’t with you. Sorry for writing so much but this is just a frustrating situation. And the father and the children’s mother as inconvenient as it may be should straight up move away and legally change their name. I mean anything because one day this woman could completely snap and if she can’t have those kids nobody can if you catch what I am saying. Very dangerous time for this family. I saw the video of her banging on his door with a block of wood, hair tied back sleeves rolled up and she looked ready for things to become physical.

Anyone that's served on a federal grand jury knows about the federal 'commerce' requirement. A lot of the cases are gun-related and in every case they went over where the firearm or ammunition was manufactured to show that it crossed state lines. The interstate commerce clause of the constitution is what allows those federal laws to exist since the 10th amendment reserves the rights not delegated to the federal government to the states or the people. I personally think it has been stretched almost to the breaking point, but that's another topic.
You guys should definitely check out Brandon Joe Williams, sovcit "lawyer-in-fact". He has a free course on how to get unlimited free money, but he charges people actual money to "represent" them. One guy, Henrik, paid him $114K, and he still lost his home and farm.
