My 00 did 401 hp on tune 6 on the stock hx35. I finally went to a single S364.5 bullseye turbo. Haven't dynod it since I put the new turbo on it.

By no means am I a hater as I've commented on your videos frequently and talked to you on Instagram dm and posts. Is your title saying it has 500hp now? On the stock turbo? Or is it gunna be 500hp after the new turbo setup. The hx35 is only good for 350-400ish and then it gets pretty hot. Even an hx40/35 hybrid isn't enough to cool 500hp worth of fuel. LIKE I SAID! NOT A HATER! JUST AN OBSERVATION!

12valves are very over rated get a 24valve and put a fueling box in it or a quadzilla in it will gap just about every 12valve a
I own both 12/24 and love my 24v vp44. I have a qaud 7x013 sac injectors and he351. Great truck to tow and get out its own way. Get what you can afford though.
I will be the oddball and say go with a 24V. VP44 gets a worse wrap, do your part, keep it fed enough fuel and it will be fine for a long time and you get the ability of tuning on the fly.

Where did you get the nice steering wheel? I have a '96 2500 (coincidentally same paint color scheme) and the steering wheel is toast and dry rotted. I can't find another one. Have you used an aftermarket before on the 2nd gens? If so, any good ones and where did you get?

I had a 96 gas ram and there was an adjustment screw on top of the steering box that tightened up my loose steering. Not sure if it’s the same for the nasty red.
That’s one of the reasons the Cummins trucks have sloppy steering. They use the same steering box for all the trucks

You can say what you want and what you strive for but a dyno is really the only way to brag.
I had a built small block 350 in a 72 camaro. Probably 450 hp just based off the build. I smoked “500hp+ cars alll day. I never said one second my car was 500 hp even though it sounded like it and drove like it.
Everyone talks shit and thinks they have it all until a “less hp” beast smokes your ass.
It’s not all in the parts, it’s the combination of how they work together.
A big cam and exhaust doesn’t mean your fast.
It must be a combination of everything working together to get maximum potential from all the parts and work done or else you’re wasting money, time and headaches from losing races to less built trucks.
Should get a sweet front bumper for the nasty red and black so everything match!!!!!!!

Before reading the list of comments here I was wondering if I was missing something or what. That looks like it would be lucky to make 230RWHP. I don't think you're close to 400hp let alone 500. As for the throttle response you talked about for a few minutes straight... You damned well ought to see a 200rpm jump by touching the throttle and no the governor springs had nothing to do with that. I don't think myself and others are trying to knock your truck, but on a RUclips channel it makes you look dumb to go on and on with topics you are still learning about. The truck is looking good. I hope it is doing what you expected.
