i just picked this keyboard up, a note, on the right side is the power on and off, not mentioned on the box, handy esp when you want to switch keyboards, or you put it in the backpack. I find it types very smoothly and travel seems a lot better than other keyboards I have owned. Another note is that when you switch to say an android cell phone, or tablet, etc, there are keys, for example applicatiion switch, or enter key for Messenger (Hitting enter after typing a message doesn't seem to work, often you have to push the arrow key but you soon get used to it where it is no longer a real bother. Battery is said to last 24 months, but that's really based upon how much you type on a daily basis. Typing this out btw was less of a chore than with my other keyboards. My favorite keyboard so far. Go Navy.
If the number keypad is not important to you, I would rather recommend the Logitech K480, which is basically half the price. I love using it with my MBP connected to my monitor with a mouse, and the size is perfect if you want to grab it with an iPad in class for example. The keys are a little noisy but it's OK to me.
its exactly the keyboard i need but i cant buy it till i know this aswell if you find out elsewhere can you let me know and il do the same for you please? :)
Seems like nice keyboard but biggest drawback for me is lack of backlight. Also I would prefer option to charge the device over using batteries. I have personal experience with Logitech K810 which has same features, like to connect up to three devices over BT. I love that keyboard. It provide very smooth writing experience. Also it has backlight which turns automatically on if the room is dark and you put hand over it. Only thing that K810 lacks is numeric keypad. Even though Logitech builds nice looking devices their customers service is below satisfactory. In my case after using the keyboard about three months one key came loose and they couldn't get it fixed nor replaced keyboard with to new one but just proposed to refund my purchases. It's very odd behavior in my opinion as they keep selling this device on their official site.
The iPhone is pretty useless without a Mac. You don't need this keyboard if you already got a Mac. You can keep your iPhone at the door when you're home, because you can do all the texting and phone calling from your Mac.
Hola Mr Soldier, how are you? Please tell which key do you use as SEND KEY when you send text messages? Thank you so much in advance, your friend Alfredo Soto from Sahuayo, México
Great keyboard. :) strange to see rounded key though!

I bought the older version of this keyboard and had to return it. It would constantly lose connection. Maybe they fixed the issue with this keyboard.
will this keyboard work with ubuntu mate using the unity dongle??
If switching to one device to another wasn't an issue, would you chose K780 or Microsoft Surface Keyboard?
one keyboard to rule them all
Wonder how he was able to initiate a send command from the keyboard while texting
I think all bluetooth keyboards should come with some "Easy Switch" buttons. That is a REAL nice feature that I don't think I've seen before.
Bought this keyboard off the strength of this video. It's on sale on Amazon for $65. Couldn't pass it up. I love it!
is there a light ?
Back in the business ^^
No trackpad?
How do you actually press send for whatsapp on iphone? Im using k375s Logitech.
jaja i have the same question
Check out Logitech K810 , it's lighter, has backlight and same capabilities.
The k780 provides the choice between Bluetooth AND a USB Receiver. The K810 is Bluetooth ONLY. That could make a difference for some users.
Where the fuck have you been!
I actually have this saved on my wishlist. I mainly want it to use with my MacBook and iPhone. Thanks for the review. 😁
"Joesph"
Hey, that sounds like a really good feature to have (easy switch). Have always liked your reviews, very informative!
When Brock Lesnar makes his in-ring return for a match you know a SKB video is right around the corner!
