Actually it WAS written by Chopin. Original is not intended for solo piano thou. It is a second of his seventeen Polish Songs for piano and voice, from opus 74. just try and practice for a few minutes a day or even less and slowly work up to it, you can do it!!!
Good luck on doing it! It’s actually only hovering between grade 3 and 4 in my opinion, so you should be able to learn it no problem!
