I had that same bag from Bass Pro for $40. It was too large for me on the beach. I wound up going with a 3 tube belt bag with a tin pouch. I bring 3 or 4 plugs with me and then bucktails, soft plastics, and a few tins. There's also a mesh pouch on the side of the bag to fit a container of trailers. It's a Surf Rite bag.
I sold all my plugs. I only use tin lures now. Diamond jigs, Hopkins, kastmasters, and spoons. Like the old saying goes about lures. Plastic and wood are good, but you always win with tin.
Really good video, but I'm surprised you don't carry a knife on your belt. Also, I find it easier to get at my pliers if they're sheathed. Lastly, do you think the aquaskinz bucktail pouch is worth the space? Great selection of plugs, plastics, and bucktails. The only thing that I would add is I wouldn't travel without a 9 inch sluggo on a weighted hook.
The aqua skinz bucktail pouch is sub par to what I use now. Personally I’d recommend a gear up bucktail pouch because it offers more room. In terms of the dive knife, I’m going to get one soon and they do seem very necessary as a multi purpose tool. Sluggos are def something I have to add to the Arsenal.
In the Day Time Lure Choice segment the color of the Tsunami Talkin Popper is Electro School Bus, not bunker. Tsunami does offer the lure in Bunker colorway. The blue and white topwater plug is an Atom Atomizer, not an Atom Forty. The actual Atom 40 is a wood, round nose, metal lip surface swimmer plug.
@@rossasgirl4841 I think it's the Offshore Angler Ocean Master Bag. You can see the Ocean Master tag in some of the frames. I believe it is the BPS saltwater store brand.
I know u didn't go into the bombers but do u feel like there is a difference between the 6 & 7?? I'm new to the game so I bought some 7s to cast farther but I feel like when I switched to the 6s I got more hookups. Like I said I'm new (started last Sept) so I don't know if that's jus in my head
Hate to be this guy but since no once else said it I feel like.it.must be said for the guys jus learning.. that superstrike info was wrong... the bottle plug floats first of all ... and the whole "red eye" meaning heavy n sinking deal only pertains to little neck poppers n needlefish .. the bottle plug and darters have the same eye n both float

Perfect example of why ppl shouldn’t believe everything they see on the internet. I can respect your love for surfcasting but you can tell you don’t fish @ night very much. You made several incorrect statements and a few just silly ones. - wrong info regarding super strike plugs - that mag darter isn’t getting down 5-6 feet. - large heavy needlefish in backbays? Hmm.
Awesome vid, with great info and "what not"-LOL Just being silly, but thanks for sharing!!
Lol. He does say that a lot and what not 😊
I fish in Jersey and have had great luck with Joe Baggs plugs. Bone, white and yellow worked great last spring.
Thank you.
Awesome filming with you Joey, can’t wait for our next segment 🎞🎥
Definitely
Good stuff guys! Helpful since I just got my 4x4 permit as well )))
Thank you!! Tight lines, let’s get into some bass this year 🎣🎣

Anytime & thank you for watching.
This is a perfect video!

Hey-No more snag and drop allowed with the new circle hook regs. You can snag, bring in the bunker, at re-rig in a circle hook.
Yes. Just can’t snag and drop. I was explaining that to Nick as these new regulations just started as of January 2021
Great info!!!! Definitely learned a bunch. Keep em coming. Hope to see you out there.
You guys should do a video together I hear you’re a excellent fisherwoman
Thank you Michael

Real time. Video ⚡️⚡️⚡️
Thank you. 😊
What is that leader dispenser? Nice work here- thanks!
Hey it’s just your basic ande leader line, great to have on your belt. Plano also sells a leader storage container for your line as well.
Nick can help you

Thank you for that info. I’ll let Nick know. Young kid getting into the surf fishing game with an incredible passion.
Guys, what a great video. Very informative! Can I ask, what brand is the first blue bag?
That is from bass pro shops. Just type in surf bag in the search bar

Hi while watching your video I noticed you had a nice lure box on the floor can you tell me who makes it please ?
It’s not mine. I’ll ask Nick who is in the video.
Hey, it’s the flambeau maximizer, great for big plugs
Thank you I really appreciate your getting back to me

Ava jigs under used? Probably the most popular artificial in the fall.
Love a diamond jig
Holy do you use all of that rods and reels? And lures?
Easily. Lol the addiction is real
Where did you get that 10 foot telephone cord lanyard?
I’ll ask Nick to answer that question.
Saltwaters bait and tackle
