The House can't, because they don't have that authority. The Senate does, and the Senate is run by the Dems. The House impeached Mayorkas, but the Senate chose not to have a hearing. The balance of power between the branches cuts both ways: good and bad.
Why stop there? There's a couple more that have been involved in the border conspiracy that need to be jailed. Add Xavier Becerra; Secretary of Health and Human Services to the list for losing tens of thousands of ILLEGAL Alien unaccompanied minors.
