Omg yes! Im a Yoru main (hate there already) and im weary of every Jett i play with. Dude one game im pretty sure that the only words out of that Jetts mouth were insults.
People blame her due to the events in the short "duelists", where she managed to plant a spike, which subsequently lifted up Venice with the power of radianite. However, I'm pretty sure that Jett was from another dimension/earth, which explains why "our" Jett denies it. We see the same evil Jett at the end of "duality", with a while team of parallel agents. I don't think Jett has nearly the wind power necessary to lift up a whole city, she just planted the spike

My theory on how Pheonix's lore played out: -Burnt down his College -Got sent to a disciplinary institution where he got the Jacket to control his powers -Got famous because he burned down a College or was the 1st Radiant discovered
Theres a small theory that the college was actually a business school in london (similar look to irl school) and that crown coffee is actually Pheonix's company
Btw in icebox, yoru has the voice-line that pertains to his 'ancestor' in some way. And after yoru was released a samurai armour display was smashed, suggesting something escaped (maybe?). I remeber the introduction of yoru had some changes in icebox associated with it

Random but, here are my lore speculations, mostly considering this matter. So since now we know that it's canon there are another version of themselves (The Valorant Protocol) which are the villain-like doubles they have. Since it's been told that the Duality cinematic takes place after the Duelists cinematic. You can see how Phoenix wasn't as surprised seeing Jett while he was chasing her, not as he was shocked to see himself. That means during the time, Jett hasn't joined the Valorant Protocol just yet, when Venice was uplifted. And that the Jett that Phoenix fought would most likely be the copy/double of Jett.
