Are these better than the small bluetooth ODBII adapters that link to your phone? Or, same thing basically... just all-in-one
It looks a quite a better than the THINKCAR 100. Dare I say TWICE as good? Later you said it wouldn’t bring up all the codes for a BMW, but it would for other cars. Would this be a good choice for someone looking to check out used Hondas on dealership lots? That’s what I need one for.
The one and only Amazon review for this device is by "Dean", what a coincidense haha clearly not you judging by the display picture though. Got to admit, I've enjoyed using Carly via a K+Dcan adapter though, it's absolutely rapid using a cable instead of bluetooth.

2 years ago after I managed to lose 12 stone in weight I brought what I always consider my dream car a BMW Z4 2.5si on the 2007 plate. It has the N52B25 engine in it.
Recently when I lifted the oil cap up on it there was this yellow gunk on the cap. The car has no other issues apart from some white smoke from the exhaust at idle.
After watching some of your videos which I find every informative and great I was wondering if my ccv could be playing up. Please could you advise, the engine cover on mine is black.
I think you may have a headgasket problem.

Sounds nice as a little scanner for erase eml and see if it come back on really. Prize is not to bad at all best option would be to have it on car and ista on house to be able to understand more. I really like the live data and O2 test as lots people are confused with those. Really nice review mate. Keep it up Dean thumbs up like always. QUESTION: THE PURE DEVICE THAT YOU HAVE IS IT SIMILAR TO AN FM TRANSMITTER? BECAUSE I HAVE TRIED THOSE BEFORE AND THE CONNECTION IS FULL OF STATIC. HOW DOES IT WORK I SAY YOU TOUCH ON IT BRIEFLY BUT CAN YOU EXPOUND UPON IT MORE?

NOTHING can do that my friend only engineering software which as you probably already know, people do NOT give out on RUclips because that stuff is top secret and big money

Hey there BMW DOC, need your help, I have a M54 2005 525i I know the oil for it is the 5w20 yet I leave in Africa Mozambique, our lowest temp is around 10°Celsius maximum can go to 45°Celsius do you think I should use the 5w40? Please help thanks

This won’t do that mate , why you need a handheld you have ista ???
Would be nice if they came out with something that can do a little bit more than a regular handheld but I usually keep the laptop with me any way
The Creader 629 recalibrates steering angle as I'm aware.
Does this show live data for the charging system?

hello mate, no I didn't bro as its still to new it only come out on the 30th of December mate im waiting as a company has agreed to send me the autel maxi system elite now as they was going to send me the normal version but I told them if they send that it will be a unfair compassion as it cant program like the software I use can so im very lucky to pull that deal off

Cars Exposed yeah mate well they checked my channel and what I’m using and I told them if they send me one without programming how can I compare it with the stuff I use it would be a unfair and biased review and I KNOW autel is not crap but they can’t expect to send me half the system and make a positive review

Great video again! Doc, I want to upgrade my kombi low to kombi high E90(used one).. can I just use ISTA P to encoding and program it? Someone told me that the mileage will correct itself when I program via ISTA.. but i’m not sure about that...
no mate it does not you cannot change it over just like that whoever has told you this mate is lying to you the mileage has to be cleared from the new kombi which CANNOT be done with ista p or ista I have the software to do all that which I provide

BMW Doctor a lot of other codes I can’t even scan because the under the hood port fails to connect. I bought 3 adapters 👎 it worked on my e39
Your one connector knackered under neath maybe connection issues OR it’s not setup properly OR your version don’t support E53 like most don’t

Resistance, firing circuit, seat belt
tensioner, front right, too low
it is possible to help me i will pay you mate i really need help because i try everything and i can't fix this issue

That is your seat belt tensioner mate common issue it’s gone faulty you need to replace the tensioner unit itself the whole unit where the belt clips in
