It's because Mark is jealous of Noah in the past mark was a huge player, Michael found this out after the first 2 times about this and bumped into Noah whom is his childhood friend but when they seen each other again it was like love at first sight and mark hated losing so he despised Noah and wanted michael all for himself that's when the jealousy began
