Love these videos Vlad!! Found you at the beginning of this series and have been obsessed lol, thanks for the content and teaching me how to tank M+ this season!!
Loving the content, don't comment that often but I'm loving this series and great to see another person picking up tanking - couple tips for tanking and bdk in particular for this dungeon -- BDK Tips -- Precast AMS for Infused strike and that'll prevent both the damage and the application of the dot, also works (sometimes, doesn't seem entirely reliable) for the dragon strike on the last boss aswell Using death advance for the last boss knockback is good, just so you don't get suprise arcane balled -- General Tips -- Depending on your spawns for the trees, I find more success in getting the outer trees rather than trying to include the middle as it's easier to catch the middle trees than it is the outers from my own personal experience You don't have to do the first/second ring, you can do the entire first and second rooms, and the corridor with the 4 fury's and the giant before the rings, you'll then only need to do the first pack on the left with the pat and then you can jump from just before the second group down to the boss area (best with either the trading post parasol toy or a slow fall class) and that'll make up your count for the rings - it can get ropey with pugs but you should have enough defensive throughput and stops as a dk to prevent a large chunk of the damage For the last boss, drag her to one side and until the point you can't run up the wall anymore (making sure she is side on with the ring wall) and it'll clump the crystals better for the dps to get them all down especially useful with a fire mage, destro lock and spriest situation - but great for any dps
Some tips that help you with the struggle. AMS the infused strike so you don't get the dot on the first boss. You can AMS every other arcane cleave on the 2nd boss. You can AMS every other Frost bomb on the third boss so you don't get the pool. On the last boss you can AMS every other dragon strike. In short AMS is amazing I use it on cooldown to prevent damage in almost every dungeon. Great video tho love seeing other DK's play!
I know, I use it extremely often, you can see that in the video, I even talk about it. I just fumbled the one Infused Strike on the first boss because I thought the thing it was casting was the Infused Strike, but it was just the plants. (:
Yeah I hate the big bastard, ridiculous amount of magic damage and can really catch you off guard if you don't play and reserve resources for the tankbusters.
Thanks! I don't use ElvUI, I use Shadowed Unit Frames and Bartender, you can get my profile for SUF and Bartender settings screenshots on the DNV Community Discord, linked in the video description (:
I know, I try but I keep messing it up because I'm more focused on the positioning and commentary than I am on the upcoming casts, that's a mistake but I'll get around to learning it by heart (:
I think Death's Caress might be better regardless of damage because it's more efficient. You get 2 Bone Shield charges for 1 rune instead of 3 for 2 runes, then you can spend one rune on Heart Strike and get more Runic Power and the Runic Power + Heart Strike end up doing a lot more damage than the difference between Marrowrend and Death's Caress. Also, when Dancing Rune Weapon is out, Marrowrend gives you 9 Bone Shield charges, often times this overcaps you, so using Death's Caress for 6 Bone Shield charges is more efficient. That's just my thoughts though!
I'd recommend it on any class, really. It always helps to pick something that gets invited more often than not, but at the end of the day, it's always best to pick something fun to play :D
Actually fury warrior is doing just fine, IDK what @uglosko is trying to do but it's sure as shit not the truth. It's really fun to play and you have very consistent damage throughout the dungeon with quite good single target damage to boot. The tier set and build force you to get as much uptime on your DPS as possible making it really fun. Arms will outperform on massive pulls because of it's uncapped AoE, but Fury is not bad by any means.
Always a good day when vlad uploads

-- BDK Tips --
Precast AMS for Infused strike and that'll prevent both the damage and the application of the dot, also works (sometimes, doesn't seem entirely reliable) for the dragon strike on the last boss aswell
Using death advance for the last boss knockback is good, just so you don't get suprise arcane balled
-- General Tips --
Depending on your spawns for the trees, I find more success in getting the outer trees rather than trying to include the middle as it's easier to catch the middle trees than it is the outers from my own personal experience

Great video, your getting better and better on that blood dk

Loving the series, just started vid but just wanted to say Leymor is scary for all levels haha
Yeah I hate the big bastard, ridiculous amount of magic damage and can really catch you off guard if you don't play and reserve resources for the tankbusters.
still cant wait for the panic Death coils on afflicted mobs =) also could just be my mistrust why i do it lmao!
Bit of a spoiler, but I completely ignore them if I see that people are able to take care of two, hahaha
great video vlad !, do you by any chance use elvui ? or have a link to your UI, i love your dungeon frames ! i would like to use them aswel thank you
Thanks! I don't use ElvUI, I use Shadowed Unit Frames and Bartender, you can get my profile for SUF and Bartender settings screenshots on the DNV Community Discord, linked in the video description (:
As a tip for the first boss in AV, you can pre AMS the infused strike to prevent the application of the dot and make it a lot easier.
I know, I try but I keep messing it up because I'm more focused on the positioning and commentary than I am on the upcoming casts, that's a mistake but I'll get around to learning it by heart (:
I read somewhere that marrowrend is still worth doing because of amount of dmg it does compared to deaths caress

Nice one mate. Can you share the weakaura for DRW?
They're all available on the DNV Community Discord, linked in the description of every video (:
Which class would u guys recommend doing such a challenge on ?
I'd recommend it on any class, really. It always helps to pick something that gets invited more often than not, but at the end of the day, it's always best to pick something fun to play :D
Good Morning, what is your rating at the end of the dungeon run?
