Malcolm was the man when it came to riffs in AC/DC, so there's a 99.9% chance that he's the one who wrote most of the music for High Voltage, as he would continue to do so until he retired. Angus created the solo and Bon wrote the lyrics. R.i.p. Bon and Malcolm.

The band Coven did the finger horn prior to Gene Simmons. It’s part of the album art from Coven’s 1969 album “Witchcraft Destroys Minds and Reaps Souls.”
But the video states Dio made the gesture popular.

Why was there a false voiceover at minute 17:50 about Dean Martin roasting Dionne Warwick? That was televised in the 70s. We ALL heard it! Is RUclips truly enforcing censorship that badly???

In 1969 I had a High School English class that also "interpreted" I Am The Walrus. When the teacher asked what the class thought "John was trying to tell us" by the lyric, I suggested he was trying to tell us it was time for his medication. She was obviously angered by my response--I shut right up, as I feared she may have had knife...

All of the Roger Waters-era Pink Floyd albums as well as his solo albums have a cyclic "wrap-around" component to them. Specifically:
The Dark Side of the Moon: Begins/ends with thump, thump of a heartbeat.
Wish You Were Here: Wind sound fx. Also begins/ends with "Shine On..."
Animals: Bookended by "Pigs on the Wing" Parts 1 and 2.
The Final Cut: Begins/ends with traffic sounds (cars on the highway).
Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking: Begins/ends with a clock ticking by the side of the bed.
Radio KAOS: Morse code "tapped" electronically and voice says "That's... back to the beginning."
Amused to Death: Crickets chirping in the night.
Incidentally, the cover of "Dark Side" was intentionally (according to some) designed so that it would be a "wrap-around" (i.e., light split into colors, then colors converging in the prism back into white light).
Additionally, the fact about Rick Wright being the only member to earn money on the Wall tour as a paid musician (i.e., non-band member) applied to the "Delicate Sound of Thunder" tour as well. He was not reinstated as a member on the MLoR album, even though he plays on it. The liner notes/cd booklet only have Gilmour and Mason pictured throughout.

It wasn't as if there was an official rulebook clearly stating what did and did not define membership. It was a group of guys going out and drinking heavily. There were a bunch of others that can be considered "members" just depending on how you define it. You are just stating the "core members" who lived in the area and were most often in attendance.
Besides that, even you missed all of the "core members" since you didn't mention Bob Brown, persumably because he wasn't a celebrity.

Gene Simmons was the first to do the finger horns in 1973. He was holding his bass pick with the middle & ring finger and thumb and he continued to hold his hand up
And it stuck with him. Dio wasn’t in Sabbath for another 10 years!

But this is the way I absorb things not it works very well and I'm most grateful for what you guys do. Many thanks.

    • @MrInitialMan

      I shall do my best.
Discarded X-ray photographs would be purchased from hospitals or dug out of the trash.
Basic recording equipment was cobbled together or smuggled in, a hole would be drilled (or burnt) in the plate's middle, and the plate would be cut like a record.
The sound quality was evidently dreadful, but this was all they had, thanks to Communism.
