The crazy man in Walmert remind me of when I worked at a hospital with elderly in the late 80s. On the opposite of the hospice wards there was psych wards and on one end there was common areas with a kiosk and these buildings surrounded a park. There was one guy from the psych ward often walking around in the park who could explode if you got in his way so he lost the count of his steps.
And has it turns out the lady in clip 25:03 went to court for beating up a lading in a mall and being racist(either pretty sure of guessing), would have to see the clip of her in court again.
