The way i hit diamond was realizing i had to IGL and pick the drop every game. My friends are decent but want to push everything like some little pit bulls. i had to get them to calm down and listen to my calls. We flew from plat 4 to diamond in like a day.
The apex discord is good for finding teammates for pubs, but I find the ranked squads aren’t ones you can consistently grind with. I prefer having a set squad that I vibe with and just grind whenever and lfgs don’t really offer that.
Plat 2 at the moment halfway to p1 need 400 rp but im solo queing so its very dependable on my team i can do fine by myself but i just need a consistent team

I can't talk with people because of it so i end up solo q-ing using the ping system instead but that's not good either because none of my teammates listen to my pings

I wouldn’t say the same about lfgs. It’s a hit or miss but eventually you’ll find one good person then you’ll have to find another
