52 weeks in a year, have spaghetti two times a month, you need to have 24 jars of sauce 24 noodles, with or without meat, and no it doesn't need to be hamburger. If you think about your storage in number ways then it's easier for me to figure out how much I need to have. Because there is only two of us one meal of spaghetti can last two meals for us. One whole chicken can feed us for a week. Right now with the way prices are going we are having one solid piece of meat (whole chicken) legs and thighs 4 meals then making 4 meals out out of the rest of the chicken. Having noodles, potato flakes something to add to your almost meatless meals is a big plus. With the prices of groceries going higher, see what is on sale and buy extra.
