I had no clue that trauma could change your receptivity! I’m currently pregnant with my rainbow baby girl via IVF and had the ERA test done. Thank God I did because I needed 12 additional hours of progesterone. Thanks for sharing because like you I only have 2 embryos left and I’ll be turning 34 this year. 😬 all the best on your journey! 💕
Prayers to you and Tim for miracle baby number two! I feel so bad you have to go through the ERA process again. But it's amazing to see you moving forward with growing your family. I am still not there after all the birth and postpartum trauma but I am excited to follow YOUR journey and find hope in it. Don't worry about doing all the same things you did for baby number two. Your uterus has memory of a pregnancy now so I feel everything will go smoothly! Love ya girl! PS: Rainbow Light was the brand of prenatal and DHA I used and I love it. Xo
Thank you so much! TTC is a HUGE decision and it is even tougher if you've experience trauma. Take care of yourself and you will know if/when the time is right! 😘 The Rainbow Light vitamins are delicious haha
There’s an alternative to the ERA test that is a morphology test where they look at the cells of the uterine lining visually under a microscope. I did this because it was much cheaper. Turned out I am post receptive and needed to wait an extra 48 hours before the embryo transfer. It worked! I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant.
No you don't have to! But as my dr explained, trauma to the uterus can possibly change your receptivity. While he recommended it, it was totally optional. I weighed the pros and cons and decided to do it again! Since I am getting older and only have 2 embryos left PLUS I had a c-section, I figured it was just best to do it!

When you were getting acupuncture. Did you use the stimulator (box) (electro Acupuncture) along with the pins or just regular acupuncture?
Just regular acupuncture and she also used a heat lamp!
Do you know if hysteroscopy is considered a trauma as well? Thank you and good luck!
I am not quite sure, but I would say probably not! Thank you ❤
They making you do another one, so before every transfer you have to do an Era?....

Thank you for sharing! Can I ask why you were unsure about doing the ERA ?
Because I hated it lol and I did it before!
Fruitful: My Fertility Journey ohhh lol, my doctor may want me to do it, so I’m researching and trying to feel it out.
