This band made me go thru all of that, it was the only thing that understood me. 5 years later, I’m feeling much better, my mental illnesses are still here, but I’ve changed of person, for good ❤️

Yes, I somehow stopped the maddening urges to shoot myself, to cut, and to drown myself when I took baths. Though you still have that reason. It's like you are falling off a cliff, but you're hanging on with one hand. When I overcome it, I climbed back up, but one foot is still dangling from the edge. A half of my feelings fell off that cliff. You don't have second chances once depression hits. There's no more happiness. There's no way out. Or, at least, that's me.
Kind of the same. I haven't taken a bath for years now (showers though! I still bath!) because I'm afraid I will drown myself. I am very unpredictable. This month, I've tried committing suicide, cut myself- drawing blood almost- some did( I'm only 12, so i haven't had any "experience" with cutting), and tried to runaway. I went to a mental hospital twice. I know what you feel like. I hope it helps to know your not alone.
