i took almost the exact same route for my SASO except your path taken from the first target to the second is much smoother. for some reason i decided i would need to go up the stairs and take the outside path to the sauna, which also means first hiding and waiting for everyone who heard the gunshot to stop searching
Alternatively, instead of shooting the heart, you can grab the activator in the Staff room once you crawl down to that area, then, once you get close enough, you can activate it. Hide behind the door right beside the heart, then, Once the guards leave, you can activate it again to make him depressed, then, time it so that you subdue him just outside the doors to the heart, then hide the body in the closet. From that point, you can just toss the heart and kill Yamasaki like in the video.
The PC version is totally different from the console one, is the third time that I can't follow your footsteps. Here on my ps4 they've totally screwed up this missions and when you tamper the Sauna temperature the people inside dies on the spot

MrWilliam DeathEsq. I entered Amos Dexter room, stole his cigarette package and replace the one at Yuki table in the resturant. Later, i picked up the screwdriwer downstairs in the morgue area and with it I punctured the oil barrel near the garden terrace.
A bit late but to anyone doing this for there first clear there is no guard in the security room on professional difficulty you can lure the guard into 47s room with the scissors that is in the bathroom to get his gun
profesional difficulty in hitman 1 is super hard, the evidence room has like 3 guards and thy are super allerted all the time, they made it easier in hitman 2 and 3
I do the exact thing but when i increase the temperature it kills the non-targets in there.as in hitman 1 they would leave the room when you increase the temperature its glitched

Only the heart part was tricky but i make a save for that part 💪🏽

Not different from mine, I play on PC as well and that happens to me too. It's been like that only since the patch dropped though.

I realized the sauna bug occurs after reloading a save. Not sure if this is true

Because it's part of the legacy pack, these missions are included in Hitman 2 with some changes.
