Incredibly valuable information about the coordination of interests from a lawyers perspective. Ultimately, not killing the "Golden Goose" or the deal is as important as accurately representing ALL of the parties involved regardless of the leverage / control they have. I had no idea agencies were that involved in the transactional process. The crazy email reference with multi colors and fonts made me laugh. I think this is true across many finance deal making strategies. Great description of a contract - roadmap and consequences. Thank you again David! And thanks Gregg for giving us this insight.
