- The RC-135 series of aircraft are intelligence-gathering jets based at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. The E-4B provides an airborne command and control center for the United States, something useful in the event of incapacitation of ground facilities. Here's some great Air Force footage of these classic four-engine Boeings as they taxi for takeoff at Offutt in September 2020. Please give this video a Thumbs Up, and subscribe to the Airailimages Channel on RUclips. Thank you.
And here's another video from the Airailimages Channel, this time depicting the Reno Air Races from 2014: • A look back at the 201...

Take a look at this issue of Airailimages Video Magazine in which we view the first takeoff of the prototype Boeing 747 in 1969; visit Red Flag for jet fighter action; watch Bob Hoover fly his P-51 majestically; look at rare old glass plate negatives of steam railroading, and more... ruclips.net/video/61sGq5PE9QQ/видео.html
Love those heavy low rider RC's. The big engines, all those antennas... No bombs, no bullets, no speed. Just hoverin' up the EM spectrum.
Great Video! These aircraft and their crews don't get all the attention like the fighter aircraft so it's Nice to see them featured!👍Aging Yes,but still getting their respective missions accomplished!👏
Nice to see a nice shiny paint job. Lo viz is so passé.
They often fly around Lincoln, NE 50 miles away and use the guard base while Offut’s runway is under repair after flooding.
Yeah going to miss them when they move back to Offutt
@@Finallybianca gonna miss the white whale when it leaves Lincoln :(
@@gumbyshrimp2606 I live in Belmont she flys over all the time. Shakes the whole house.
E-4B must be some of the very few 747-200s still flying.
Neat integral airstairs. Wouldn't it be interesting to have a look inside.
There is a youtube video with a surprisingly detailed interior tour.
As always this is a great video. AZ
The first aircraft in this excellent video is a TC-135V, used as a flight crew trainer for the RIVET JOINT community, and the next '135 is a RC-135W RIVET JOINT, because, you can identify it by the dorsal, and ventral antenna farms.
Love it and still miss it,,,
This was a very fine video. Anybody know what the hoses were loading on the E-4B? Thanks airailimages for the this and all the videos that you post.
You are always welcome!
I love 💕 the AIR FORCE ?!
Why not filming the take-off at the end?
when did this air craft take over "looking glass"?
Kinda going to miss seeing them fly out of LNK when Offutt runways are finished.
