Pinder is one of the greatest living musicians....criminally underrated by many and although the Moodys kept going without him and have done some good stuff it's just not the same and whatever talents he has are evidently very rare...
Mike Pinder worked in the Melotron factory. His ear tuning into that synthesized sound gave the Moodies their orchestral sound. True aficionados know him. He did it his way. God Love him.😇
this guy wrote some fantastic music and the moodys took a big hit when he left. Thanks for the many wonderful blends of music which I still play so often especially when I'm feeling blue.
TO MAKE A STATEMENT THAT MIKE MADE.....IT CAME FROM HIS LIPS & I TOTALLY AGREE...."THERE ARE MORE PLACES TO LOOK OTHER THAN THE BIBLE".....ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT SIR MICHAEL PINDER.....I THINK THE SAME....🙏😇👽💖
Mike P and his mellotron were the heart and soul of the Moodies. A spiritual seeker and great key board player, Mike helped create a new progressive sound that was unique and other worldly. The Moodies we're not the same after his departure.
I believe they are. The song, When You're a Free Man, Justin Hayward said that song reminded him of Mike and Hayward's late brother. He talked about Mike Pender with respect and affection.
I wonder if he’s going to be at RR Hall of fame induction, would be good to see again. Last I heard he lives up in the foothills, not far from me Nor Cal.
Mike Pinder, you are a Maestro of Counterpoint ... in a white satin portfolio from Austin Texas concert ... it contains my last and lost libretto: "future's child"
Excuse me? I'm older and my musical taste haven't changed. Moody Blues with Mike Pender FOREVER!
Yes I thought that was a weird question myself. My tastes have grown, not changed. Good music doesn't suddenly become bad.

Things and times do change. So that is understandable.

Clever and cool Mike Pinder.
Thank you Michael Pinder, for all the orbits around the sun, with your amazing music. Voyage on and we’ll see you again some day.
Massive contribution to my favourite band of all time along with the Beatles
MIKE DID WHAT WAS BEST FOR HIM.....HE IS AN ANGEL....I LOVE THE MOODY BLUE'S....I MISS RAY....HE LEFT FOR "ETERNITY ROAD".....🙏😇👽🤗💝

The host should know the history of his guests. He is really embarrassing.
Who is this bloke? As a Brit I've never seen nor heard of him before, and looking at this its hardly surprising.
