As of 2.19.24, today's date, I've watch all of the videos on the channel, and dissected all of this material from Dan Pena. Your page gives step by step instructions. These notes, along with the Your First $100 million book, along with the 1993/1994 3 day seminar (I forget the actual year) that is on Dan Pena website, are probably 80 percent of what is taught at the castle. Thanks for your hard work. And wish me good luck as I get my head screwed on straight towards taking my Quantum Leap in life and business. Cheers!
P.S. to be honest, I've put in probably 8 hours a day for the last 3 months on studying QLA. Dan Pena would say that I spreadsheet this thing to death 😂 😂 😂. But I get where he comes from now.
In actuality, if you just concentrate on what he is saying, you will get the very root of his methodology. I put together a complete shipping business that includes 4 cargo ships, 120 warehouses, and 900+ trucks based on what i gleaned from the videos, books, and talks. I initially contacted a COMMERCIAL BANK looking for financing for 50 trucks. The bank got so excited that they told me to include real estate (warehouses) so they could push the deal thru a lot easier. As things moved along, i found out you can finance cargo ships also at $5 mil each (4 total). When you approach the banks talking high numbers, they automatically bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of. I am in the middle of building my team, and when i show them how big and widespread the plan is, they actually fight for a spot on my board of directors. Currently, the deal will yield around $800 million per year gross. With 20% profit margin, that will give me $160 mil to spread around and reinvest into other projects.
