Hi Jordi, it's nice to meet you. Wow, Barcelona... Beautiful place. We were there some years ago. We had our 1st paella there 😀😀 Let's hope the situation gets better and you can visit Iceland soon. Cz we have witnessed the beauty of Iceland in the summer. 😁 Thanks for visiting our channel and watching our videos. 😀😀 See you in the next videos 😀😀
Ohhh... btw, in case you haven't noticed, in the description box there are some tips/information of the places that you see in the video. It might be useful to plan your trip and make your dream come true😁😁😁 In case you need some more information, just reach us, we might have some info that can be useful for you 😀😀😀
Hahaha... that's true. We were really lucky with the weather. We only got 1 stormy day and 1 (or even half) rainny day in our 3 weeks trip. 😁😁 are you going to Iceland soon?
You are welcome 😀😀 It must be really beautiful now in Iceland with the snow and possibility of northern light. Stay safe though, especially with the driving on the snowy road. 😁😁
Hello from Milan, Italy. What an amazing video! It'is helping me so much to organize my roadtrip to westfjords next summer. Please could you tell me in which order you visited the attractions (e.g Day 1, Day 2...) and where did you stop for the nignts? Thank you so much for helping me!! Gianluca
Hello there Gianluca. Thanks for watching and glad it could be of help! We spent 3 days in total. The first day we went to Drangsnes hot pool, valagil waterfall, until Isafjordur. The second day to the latrar air base, dynjandi, and the gardar shipwreck. Last day we continued to latrabjarg and red sand beach. We camped for the 3 days, but sorry I could not recall anymore exactly where we camped. I guess the best way is to google all the available camp sites and see which one is closest at the end of the day. The camp sites usually will always accommodate you 🙂 I hope this helps.
hey, u seem to be lucky to spot puffins, I know some people went to same places and zero. What time did u end up visiting there and what month? thanks a lot
Hey2, we visited sometime in the afternoon (around 4pm at Borgarfjordur and 12pm at Latrabjarg), late june and early july, respectively. They should be there during those months 😀
When visiting Dynjandi were you driving on the dirt road for long? I want to visit this waterfall but am afraid of dirt roads. Are there gas stations out in the WestFiords?
Hey2.. yes, unfortunately (in 2020) we had to drive through some stretch of dirt road, but it was not that long and the condition was not that bad in the sense that there were not as many gravels as on some other more treacherous dirt roads in Iceland 😅 you'll be fine driving to Dynjandi 😀 And yes, although sparse, there are gas stations in Westfjords.. and the main city Isafjordur is quite populated, so no worries 😉😉
Thank you for visiting our channel and watching our video 😀😀😀 We visit all the places you have seen in this Westfjord video in 3 days, by car. However, depending on your preference it might take longer. When we were there, we met a couple that stay in Westfjord for 3 weeks... 😀😀
