Really useful content, thanks very much for the time spent creating it. I've got a Pacer unit arriving from ebay and I'm going to use it on my SCX Digital track - analogue-safe pieces only! One thing I'll also test is whether a 3.5mm jack adapter with a stereo socket and a mono plug will mean I can use a more modern throttle for the programming part, as I don't fancy buying a whole different throttle just for that. If it works I'll reply to my own post here. Thanks again!
I have a feeling that the jack plug wiring may need some work beyond using a simple stereo/mono adapter, but I'll post back here when I have a working solution.
Excellent video on something I didn't know existed! Have now managed to pick one up but would like some clarification on something you touched on in your video - using the Pacer along with a second power supply so not tied to old school controllers. Could you comment on how you got that to work. I'm assuming you remove the supply to one different lane from each power supply so the Pacer only supplies programming lane and the other only supplies the non-programming lane. Before I start hacking, I'd love to know if I'm on the right line. I'm not an electrical genius! Thanks in advance.
Thanks for the message, it’s quite a large subject to get across. I would suggest posting on this thread over on slot forum, then we can sort out what you’ve got and how best to separate it. www.slotforum.com/threads/using-an-external-power-supply-while-the-arc-pro-pb-is-connected-but-not-powered.215268/#replies

Race On!
Nice to see you posting again 😊the track is looking great 👍
Thank you, hope to get a couple more posted soon. Must say though the more I use this system the better it gets.
Key word - fun. That's what it is all about.
I enjoy racing some of the old Scalextric boxset cars against each other - hours of fun.
Very informative thanx.
Great system had it for years.
Best Regards From Norway 🇳🇴
Thank you, I had not heard about them till earlier this year. Really impressed though.
