      I'm so glad someone finally said it. Standing there like you have knock knees and actually having them is 2 different things.

      This is only for people who are knock kneed due to injury or weight. They should always say on these videos that their technique doesn't help people who have it due to heredity or developed it prior ro adulthood.

      Yeah these excercises only do minimal, you actually need surgery to correct this

    You should use something hard thing which makes a pressure on the knees like plastic container or cardboard, pillow can't fix it ,for more tie a strap down the knees for faster results, for a week it feel little painfull but I see results within 2 months,hope its work for you also 😊

    Knock knee is a problem of week mussels but after defromation it is a bone problem...so only surgery can fix after adult age..I think...

    Question my left leg is bent at the knee from knee valgus I believe from my ankles ( where the problem started) can this bend be straightened with this?

    I sleep with a pillow between my legs every night because of knee pain this doesn’t do anything
    Do sumo squats make sure your posture is straight and knees are firm in place
    Get a resistant band and do stretches with the knees too

      Tbf resting a pillow between your knees while asleep is not the same as activating your muscles when pushing/pulling apart

      @@Naresshhh sorry bro i have taken advice with orthopaedist he said it's not curable till certain age it can be curable after 18,19 it's too difficult but the thing is that what you need to focus check whether you have knock knee or not
      Normal stand up position it is not proper way to check know knees
      You have to lay down then close both thighs then measure distance between your foot joints it not be more than 5cm for men for women it not be more than 8cm if you have under it so you don't have knock knees so don't worry check it in proper way

      Kinda...it takes place during puberty because theres like excess pressure from pelvic region on the thighs which pushes the legs apart.

      Some times it is bone problem, but in some cases its due to muscle imbalance.

      Many children are simply born with hyper mobile joints which turn inward cuz they're naturally set higher than average. We either grow outta it, or we don't.
      It's the femur that's turned and affecting posture. That's it.

      @@Brianatotheworldyes. They have to basically fight the strongest muscle set, and the longest and thickest structural bone in your body to get your legs to straighten out for aesthetic purposes.
      I chose to thug it out and just intentionally stand up different for years, putting my weight on the outside of my feet rather than the balls of my feet.
      My husband calls me the most bow legged knock kneed woman he's ever seen 🤣🤣🤣

    Oh this is pure pseudoscience.
    If you're knees turn inward it's likely not your KNEES that're actually the problem and more likely your hips are naturally over rotated and hyper flexed inward.
    Y'all really need to stop.
    Sincerely, lady who turned down the corrective surgery, opting to just shift where I put my weight on my legs, and watching my daughter do the same thing as she grows.

      the exercises he mentioned are targeting the inner thighs (adductors) and outer hips (abductors). not the knees.
