Such a shame to see the post-Handover force does not have the same sharp drill, and the same respect for the rule of law. It brings great shame to see how the people of our great city have lost their identity and sense of civic duty as Hong Kongers.

@@ROrychan1 i was his squad member, we joined the PTS on 3rd May 1990, and after 9 months training, we passed out from PTS in Ja of 1991. When he got married, i was his drivee too. So I can sure that the passing out parade was in 1991(I was there too)
