When I put protein powder into a smoothie I usually put the almond milk or oat milk in first and then the powder it helps with not clumping at the bottom as much. At least for me

It’s perfectly normal to feel really sleepy and physically tired for a while after the marathon. After all, you have run a long way and your body needs the sleep and rest to recover and repair the micro-tears in your muscles. Little tips to help clean the greasy marks off your glasses… 1. Wash your glasses under the tap (to rinse off any dust etc) 2. Put the tinniest drop of washing up liquid on your fingers 3. Rub the washing up liquid onto your lenses 4. With warm water from the tap rinse the washing liquid off holding by the arms of the glasses (preferably without using your fingers to touch the lenses or wear gloves if needed) 5. Gently tap the glasses arms onto the side of the other hand to remove excess water 6. Dry the lenses with a clean and dry tea towel Voila clean, finger print or smudge free glasses without using disposable lens wipes 👍🏻
It might be your first work out since the marathon but you deserved a rest after that haha, congrats on the run btw and even when doing your workout "with a little pain" your singing voice still sounds great 😉
haha yes i have been resting a lot and i'm now starting to feel myself, physically, again . . . but my priority is to sort out my injury! also thank you so much 💚
