I wish his boss would see comments and award him for this. I know he's doing his job, but we need to boost their confidence to act like this all the time. I have to tell you all. I visited many parts of Russia, then the USSR, in 1984. I went alone to St Petersburg, Tasjkent, Ashkabad, Dusjanbe, Samarkand, and Moscow. I was only 19 at that time. I am 56 now, and I have traveled a LOT since then. I have never met so many nice people anywhere, like I did during my easter holliday in '84. I felt warmly welcome everywhere. Such a great people, with a devestating past. WW2 e.g.
