I love Taro roots. We boil them with a little bit of salt and eat them with sunny side up eggs and stir fried onions as garnish. They are delicious. All that hard work is very worth it. Thanks for sharing! ❤🙏 Thank
The plant that was growing besides the taro plant, is a herb. We call it Konsaka wirie in Suriname 🇸🇷, South America. For a inflamated eye, you wash it very well, you put it in a clean cotton hankerchief of material, and you squeeze the juice into the eye. This herb can also be eaten, stirfried or raw in salads.
