Expect the last one ...all questions fit my mother...I was a very sensitive child whose emotions were made fun of by my own mother and I was put under a rollercoaster of emotional trauma... I will never put my children's into the same and will never forgive my mother this life time..
I think my mother is also a narcissist. I have a lot of trauma because of her and other toxic people I attracted into my life. Very recently I realized almost everyone I thought was my friend were actually never my friends and that they never liked me genuinely. They were toxic to me at times and nice to me at times so I didn’t realize it. The day I came to realize that my mom is a narcissist is the same day I realized no one I was with never genuinely liked me. They were just nice to my face because I was nice to them. Now I have serious trust issues, I keep thinking that everyone is lying to me and have ulterior motives. I don’t know how to get out of this. And I’m scared I’ll become a narcissist like my mom too. My grandmother is a narcissist too. What if I become a narcissist? I don’t want to hurt anyone but I am scared I will without knowing. I already don’t have any friends or relationships no because of my trust issues I m not even able to get close to people now. I’m scared they’ll hurt me or manipulate me and throw me away like I never existed in their life.

my sister's husband is a narcissist. Even a psychologist failed analysing him. During temperary ceperation ,early marriage period with after first baby , we had councelling . after 10 years we only identified him with his character.. 1 more point. they are clever in prejecting them to the outside world.....

My mother has full traits full time except the last point unfaithfulness . and my dad has 2-3 of these traits like dominance over the helpless people and validation etc ! I’m just stuck and super depressed ! I can’t speak and make these narcissist understand what I’m going through ! My parents won’t allow me to talk to my realtives ! My friends have their own problems in their lives and I asked my parents to take me to a counsellor mental well being practitioner ! My mother says if I take you there the society will start talking your mental and u don’t get married ! She is educated and don’t know the difference between mental health practitioners & psychiatrists ! Wow how good can my life can get more than this ! Nice world nice society nice parents 🙂

I am living with my narcissistic husband,it is purely a torture like living with a devil,liar,cheater with totally no feelings at all but pretends to be a gentleman to the outside world and projects his wife as a bad person to others with lot of lies and drama...u never get anything from him but lose ur own health,money,time,energy and everything bcos of that devil

Books can help but therapist is a better option. Because u will get more actionable steps in a manner and pace that suits you and also a 3rd person perspective that will help you understand yourself better.
