Sir red light ata hai refill krne k baad. Nd ink level bhi low he aa rha hai smart panel me.
Uske liye to apko naya samsung cartridge hi lena padega. Ink level ek baar low hone ke baad reset nahi hota

Do we have to change the toner chip of samsung scx 3200 after refilling it? Because one of the technician was saying that you have to change whenever I refil it.
puspose of that chip is to display ink level (Virtually based on print commands sent to printer).
Now If you want to use copy feature on SCX 3200 then Yes.
Otherwise No need to change the chip. You can refill and start printing . but the ink level will be displayed as 0%.

रिफिल करने से Cartridge का Toner level सिस्टम में नहीं बढता , इसलिए Red Light आती है , वैसे आपको प्रिंट dene में कोई प्रॉब्लम नहीं आएगी सिर्फ photocopy function काम नहीं करेगा (उसके लिए आपको नयी Cartridge लगानी पड़ेगी )
Red light problem aa rhi.... How to fix it?
Red light aayegi kyuki apne cartridge change nahi ki. Lekin isse koi farak nahi padta. Printer will print continue

Do we have to reset the chip in the toner? because as per your video i did but while printing, only left & right side the printing is visible. middle it is not printing anything.
Chip is there for showing how much toner left (theoritically based on print commands you sent to printer). If you reset, it will show your ink level as 100%.
Do these two actions--
1. Check for any scratch marks at middle on Cartridge drum (glossy green color Roller). If yes then you need to replace the drum.
2. Shake your cartridge gently to spread the toner evenly in the tank.
How to set ink colour light when taking xerox coming very dark
You can change setting in 'Printing preference'. Select Advanced Tab. Select Darkness as Light or Normal (As per your printing results). You can also turn on ECO Button near Power button on Printer.
