Great to see you back Nitesh. One day, I bumped into your channel, went through your videos and was just wondering how you're doing these days. I hope you're doing fine. Fellow meditator Aman
Nice to see you back. I differ from your point of view though. Instead of becoming equanimous with other people's reaction, why can't we behave the way they like, because now we can clearly see it. That way there will be always predictable good results and no conflicts. However, the downside is, you need your personal draining time to wash out all the internal frustration, otherwise you cannot be nice all the time.
Because we strengthen their unconscious behavior that way... The solution is not in denying ourselves but in becoming more conscious. When an addict wants me to buy him some alcohol I would please him and avoid conflict but I would not serve him. When someone wants me to be a soldier and use a weapon against another one I would have no conflict but not a good result. Avoiding conflicts would be reacting on the reaction of another person. Meditation helps you to act (do the right action) instead of to react. 🙏
Great to have you back!
Good and practical video

Is there a way to chat with you? There is something that I wanted to know your views and guidance on

With the loudest volume setting, I couldn't hear you, sorry
Thanks for the feedback, after posting the video I became aware the volume is low, I will keep this in mind when uploading new videos
