I was in a bar buying drinks with my girlfriends. Took out my purse and found a photo of my brother. A drunk guy trying to pick me up demanded "is that your husband" no I said "is that your boyfriend then?' No I said 'well who is it then?' I replied 'that was me when I was a man' After that I was left in peace.
Omg, that was funny! Stan started putting it together really early in the song. Some reaction RUclipsrs don't get it even after the song is done.

The Kinks are the original punk band!
I grew up with all the music from the British Invasion. The Kinks were huge & had a lot of hits. I especially love their music from the 60's & 70's. "All Day & All Of The Night", "Set Me Free", "Tired Of Waiting For You", "A Well Respected Man", "Dedicated Follower Of Fashion", "Sunny Afternoon", "Dead End Street", "Waterloo Sunset", "Autumn Almanac" etc.
And it's based on a true life incident that happened in a nightclub back in the day.
