Catproof hedgehog cafe

#catproofHedgehogRestaurant #hedgehog With the entrance and exits blocked with bricks, plantpots and a waterbowl, the hedgehog cafe is catproof - or at least for one night. There have been problems with 2 black and white cats that managed to get into the house. After stategically placed flowerpots the blackfaced cat desided to eat the hedgie food. Now it's easier for them to scoff the food under the hedge, but the hedgies are holding their own.

I'm surprised it needs to be cat-proof? Cats don't really eat hedgehogs, especially well-fed cats like the one shown in the video.

They are well fed on the hedgehog food they are scoffing under the hedge! Really annoying when they eat all of it before the hedgies get a chance. For the moment they can't get into the box, but they are trying hard. Ca. 43 seconds in and you can see the dish in the hedge. Anyone who thinks their hedgies are eating all the food left out for them should set up a camera and see how many cats come.
