There is no number of years that will get you to this level. This level is reserved for the guy in the video. There are other extremely elite freerunners who have a different set of strengths/weaknesses, I'm not saying he is the best of all. The point is that very, very few people can achieve something similar to what you're seeing in this video. If you go into training expecting to turn into a fucking ninja like Erik you'll give up disappointed and/or injured.
Does @Erik Mukhametshin really need to make an online submission? Can't he just show up and say "Hi, I have been one of the Baddest freerunners on the planet for years, I'd like to compete today." ?by the way, that was crazy.
