Great band. Seen them live a bunch of times. Actually they were the last band I saw before covid fucked up everything. Very nice people too. Thx for the reaction. They deserve the attention. Btw. Zaher also sings on an Ayreon album and the new Epica album 😉
The excitement when I saw a band from my country featured. You should definitely check more of them. And if you want to check more 'strictly Tunisian' metal, I highly recommend Nawather. They just released their second album and they are female fronted. P.S: the "y" in Myrath is pronounced "e" and their name means "legacy'.
Zaher Zorgati is powerful vocalist , Morgan Bertheh at drums epic, guitar and solo line by Malek Ben Arbia, beautiful keyboards by Kevin Codfert , Anis Juini at bass guitar , that band is fire. Ye song is an epic journey . From their album Legacy.
Welcome to the wonderful world of Myrath, they are such an under appreciated band. The video for Believer is the first in a trilogy with a whole continuing storyline, the others being Dance and No Holding Back. I get such strong Assassins Creed and Prince Of Persia vibes from this one. Their recent album Shehili is amazing . 🤘🏻🙂
This band, live, is amazing. If they play Open Air at least. They do have a belly dancer, other dancers with choreographies also using fire, fire effects, illusionism... 🤩🤩🤩
This metal around the world is a good idea. I like when (metal) bands add some of their cultural sounds and themes to the music. And Myrath also does. My headset is failing, I can't listen to music now, but I recall the song: very good! Great to get bands from Northern Africa to metal scne!
I just heard this song and band today for the first time while scrolling through some clips from Sweden Rock Festival from last week. This is pure gold!
Thanks so much for finally doing my request for Myrath. Apparently they crowdfunded the video production... Excellent music, Dance Official Music Video next please as it's the next part of this video trilogy. Best wishes from Namibia 🤘🏻🇳🇦🤘🏻
Played this to my wife and she said this is something that could be in eurovision. Speaking of it is coming up and finland is sending a metal band...again but this is a great one Blind channel-dark side, and i think you should check it out. While you are at it check out 2007 winner of the comprtition lordi with hard rock hallelujah, they have crazy monster outfits and the song is awesome
it's the first time I see this channel and first time I get to know such an amazing thing belongs to me as a Tunisian 😊😉 the voice is really touching and kinda gallop too thanks for your reaction man I do appreciate creativity in everything and I found it that awsome!! of course a subscribe and thumbs up really deserved!!
Really cool and unique band! I discovered them when they were warming up for Beast in Black in 2019 and they were quite nice! Good music and even some humour! :D
Ahh so glad you checked out Myrath! They're awesome, Zaher has such a nice voice. My favourite of theirs is No Holding back :) Thanks for introducing more people to them!
Holy hell, Myrath is one of the last bands I expected to see reacted to. I discovered them a handful of years ago and tend to think of them as being somewhat comparable to a Middle Eastern Dream Theater. Great stuff!

Love this song. This video reminded me that I wanted to check out more of their music. Speaking of groups which deserve more attention: I would love to see you react to Beyond the Black. Don't know if it fits for this series (can't think of metal with traditional influences, but growing up with grandparents who listen to German "Volksmusik", I don't think anybody wants that kind of genre mix 😨), but everybody just knows Rammstein and there is more. The only bands that kinda remind me at least of Schlager are more folk rock than metal. Don't know if it's because of the German lyrics or the melodies. Beyond The Black are a German symphonic metal band that should be known more. A great live performance would be "Hallelujah", but they have an acoustic version of one of their songs, in which they used an accordion (Beyond The Black - Night Will Fade (ORIGINS Live Version feat. Ben Metzner)). Does that count as traditional? 🤔 I slightly prefer the original though. It has Gregorian chants in it. Big fan of that. But the recent online acoustic show they did that version for was amazing and I hope they release a live album. 🤞
Ok, ok... That was not half bad 🤘 Had to check this one twice, second time without watching 'cause that video kept me away from actually listening to the music somewhat. Really nice production indeed! Reminded me a little bit of the movie 'Prince of Persia' 🤔 But yeah, blazing desert metal... I hear you! Great reaction as always buddy, keep it up! 🎼🎶🔊🤘
IF you (all) haven't heard And seen a bit similar grreat music-vids from Israeli band Orphaned Land, I highly recommend checking out specially their videos of All Is One and Like Orpheus, really Enjoyable them too like definitely is this killer song by Myrath indeed in deep! ;-) :-) Cheers all the way from Finland (not-so-)uncl Vo' y.m. 1968 :-D
Great live band and very nice people too. Seen them a bunch of times in Germany, France and the Netherlands. And in Belgium if I’m not mistaken. They never disappointed live
The reason for that is because French is the second language Tunisia. We learn it 'naturally' at a young age and most of our classes are in French. Plus Tunisian itself contains a lot of French words.
If you want some Polish metal you should check: mgla (insane drummer), KAT (legendary band) or nocny kochanek (funny lyrics and amazing skills) also highly recommend you to check Painkiller cover by Polish Metal Alliance, this is by far best judas cover I ever heard. Greentings from Poland, keep good work!
@@wayneyeadon9680 yup, they are good and well known International, more than in Poland i'd say. You should really check this Painkiller cover by Polish Metal Alliance (some of best polish rock/metal bands collab)
A country and band you haven’t reacted to yet holland and the band is for I am king it’s a female fronted band and jono The band from Sweden with clear
I have a suggestion for your metal around the world series from my country Lebanon. This song is originally by an artist named Majida Al Roumi, it's about the city Beirut. It's not a metal song, but after the Beirut blast on the 4th of August last year, this band released a metal cover of the song and I think you should definitely check it out. The band had to take down the cover from their official page because the original artist considered it a disgrace to sing such an iconic song in metal, but it was uploaded by another channel and it's there for you to check out. Here is Ya Beirut by Kimaera: ruclips.net/video/bc2OmHp5V9U/видео.html
Myrath is amazing ☺️ They really should get more attention. Zaher is a great vocalist
What an excellent song! Never heard this band before. The chorus especially is hella catchy xD
Glad you enjoyed it! Yes, it's been in my head ever since. 😄
Those oriental feeling parts just give me goosebumps. Well-executed strings in metal is always a treat to listen to.
Myrath "Born To Survive" (Live)

That's awesome! I get a good vibe from them. That's awesome that he's sang for those bands! I'll have to find that too. Cheers 🙂
Also my last band live before covid. Good, very good memories

@@ShadowhispersBand That is correct. February 2020

So we need a Tunisian band to get the real prince of Persia video. Cool.

Thank you Wael! I figured I was saying it wrong haha.
It is a 3 episode story...this is the first one ! There is going to be a fourth one aswell. They are AMAZING in live, incredible performers !!!!
Please continue the journey around the world sometime. That would be great. Thanks for these reactions.
Thanks! Glad you liked it.

For another "special" band check out Tierramystica. It's like Aztec or Mayan folk metal.

If anything, listen to their hidden album, “Hope” which kickstarted it all 🤘🏼- only found on YT and CD copy😢
Last band I saw live before lockdown. Next will be Flogging Molly this summer. Ah time flies...
I saw Flogging Molly a few years ago! They're very fun, have a good time! 🤘
@@ThomFoolery1 Thanks!
I have seen them live a couple years ago, mind-blowing good, they even had an actual belly-dancing girl on their show, Kahina Spirit.
Well, that was different. Really enjoyed that.
Hadn't heard this song from them before! Thanks, kind sir; if you ever want to revisit them later on, listen to their track Dance!
