He definitely had an advantage by going last and by seeing your reaction to your pull, and the crowd reaction when he was judging when to stop or not. Either way love the pack battles. Just like anything you learn from your mistakes and it keeps getting better and better.

Although this wasn’t as good as the one with Jin and Juice I still love these pack battles,please do more in the near future!

instead of one person opening all their packs at once, you should alternate, or else the person who goes last has an advantage because they can judge what kind of card the other person has from the crowd reaction

Don't ask the audience whether or not stop on a certain card. Sure, entertain and include them in the break, but it's like cheating when you ask the audience to tell you what to do, especially when they have seen both breakers' cards lol. Leave it up to the breakers to stay or not lol.

Some perspective...when Prizm Football dropped December. If you're 1 of the lucky breakers and/or shops to get cases directly from Panini Wholesale, it was 1475 per 12 hobby box case. That breaks down to $122.91 per box & they were 1k/box on release day....I'm sure many still held some at that price point. I'm guessing Select was about the same. Mosaic FB...was 1188 for a case of hobby.

Great video. Next time alternate back-and-forth as you open each pack. Also the cameras need to be over your shoulder more directly down onto the mat so we can see the cards up close. Love these videos tho.

This one was ok but not as fun as some of the previous pack battles. Just a suggestion. Why don’t you do a drawing or something to have Geoff pack battle against someone attending the card show who isn’t a dealer?
Should go each person opens a pack.. go pack for pack not one complete then other... would be more exciting IMO. Great clip thanks.

It’s close…. Recent best offers taken for under $200 for the Jefferson /75. But it is a Jersey number. Recent listings for Herbert patch non-auto /99: ~$175.

Ryan is a cool dude. His shop was my lcs in Columbus before I moved back to Cali last Sept. I have a Question for The Card Investor.... I was just looking at Prizm psa 10 Basketball cards to get a rough idea of the appreciation over a few years. I've noticed several cards in auction selling (example:PD Ja Morant purple rc) is projected to sell around $100. My question is, with the prices of getting cards graded by psa at over 200 per card, are cards even worth getting graded if the raw value isn't higher than the price of grading? I assume the card was graded prior to the rise in grading prices so in my opinion the "asking" price should reflect the cost of grading, otherwise it's propbably best to sit on it until the value surpasses the cost.

That was one lousey pack battle. No excitement at all. And yall kinda just gave away your cards anyways so what was the point of the barrier?
Next time the rule should be you have to pick a card from your last pack. You have to shuffle the packs prior to starting to open. And you have to open them in the order of the shuffle. And by shuffle I mean you can legit just shuffle them randomly or "shuffle" them into the order you want them in. But no comparing pack size

this is a terrible video, i thought the whole point is to open the cards and not let your opponent know what you have or what card you are keeping. but basically you keep telling everyone how good your cards are
