I only started in Season 5, so it always felt like I "started playing late" - meanwhile its S14 now so that means I only missed 4 seasons and have played 10. Ive played a lot more than I missed, which is wild

You're right, the game used to hit way different back in the day, I feel like after season 6 it didn't feel the same, then when KDA and True Damage came out I got back into it and for a little bit the game hit the same and I got that rush of nostalgia but from season 11- 13 the game didn't feel fun to me. But the new season kind of feels like season 9 again with the new sfx with baron and herald and the custom music with epic monsters. Idk just give me a good feeling when playing now.
