Also, her signature distortion (rasp) is only used as a stylistic accent. She's no longer using is the distortion to carry mid to high belts. Her belts ring and are sustained to the heavens. Overall, her voice sounds rich, immersive and balanced. Great job, Christina!!!

She has gone away the extra dramatics in her voice that she had when she was younger. She now has a more controlled, elegant and powerful way of singing. Her voice was always good but now her voice is phenomenal.
@@GilbertGTV That's not a great analogy. Technique often relates to how good of a singer you are, but wearing your seat belt has nothing to do with how good of a driver you are in terms of skill. Her voice (and controversial technique) has given her a level of success that most of us will never achieve, and she is still able to use it wonderfully in a way that touches people. This is something that even my favorites - Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey - were not able to do after two decades of their careers.
