Getting "too many requests" even though I have an improved account. I am curious about the screenshot method. Isn't it a violation of Amazon guidelines and leading to a possible violation and account being shutdown?

Correct. From what I'm reading, we can't use anything other than images directly generated on the Amazon platform and the only way to do that is to use the API. I'm getting that "too many requests" error, too, and apparently, the reason is that I haven't made a sale since they laid SiteStripe down. This is different from getting three sales in the first 180 days ... that's still a requirement. Hoping one sale will bring my images back using the API.

Thanks for confirming. Getting our already approved account suspended is a risk none of us would like to take. I did get one sale recently and was curious to see if that new sale would now allow me to use the API feature successfully, but I am not getting much time unfortunately. Then again, having to replace all the broken images also seem such a huge task right now. Amazon is getting stricter with its policies and the affiliate journey is getting harder. @@BaldGuyStudio
