nice video also it's funny because these buses have LEDs you don't see the blind moving at all like you do on older buses also never knew there was a place called Long Elmes in Harrow
Nice video. Shame that the actual programming is so inconsistent. Some route numbers taking up nearly half the display, different font sizes, and strange use of RATP logos on various displays. The British Rail logo would be more appropriate for the Rail Replacement screen than the RATP logo. Other than that, some nice displays have been programmed in
Here in New Zealand have led display and which is better then roller blind. With led display can program on the led display the bloody roller blind you can
interesting. I do too, but i think people wanted them to be moved from the edges slightly to help with viewing angle, and a slightly bigger gap between destination and route number
@@BusesInLondon the facts when people asking " the bus going to Wood Green ? " when it literally said on the front which means the destination should be more bigger than the number
Absolutely awesome!! Wanted to see this for some time now since the LEDs were out!
thanks
Nice blind change, these buses look so smart!
Thanks
This looks really cool
thanks
@@BusesInLondon If you could, can you do another one like this but with the double deck ones instead?
@@8834 lets see

I like it, much larger than before. It may feel odd, probably due to the gaps between the scroller blinds
Weird that H14 only had one display. Also weird that they don’t have 395 / H11 on their set!
H11 isnt at SO thats probably why
H14 was want to be h18 northwick park hospital, on the mobitec it comes as H18
@@oistareader 395 is still at SO
Is RATP not going to have normal blinds on their new buses that they order anymore?
It’s for the better anyway, it saves them money when they get a new route.
London is slowly Transitioning to led display which is easier
@@Tristan-benge no it’s not.

RATP is hopefully getting to have digital destination displays like their sister systems outside London. (Bout time though)
I work for McKenna Brothers doing the programming. I prefer these to the Smartblinds.

not gonna lie. really dont like how the 398's display is show as. weird that some BMEs have already managed to bave glitched displayes too
ok. Ive not seen glitched displays permanently
Nice to see it tbh l like LED blinds just the size of the number make me uncomfortable lol
That's cos the number blind can be as big as jt wants now, before it was constrained by size

What the heck.. I prefer blinds what the frick is this... Creepy seeing flashing blinds
Its an LED screen, what do you expect?

@freelander so true the old blinds look better
