Tommy is the full package rolled into one. An angling legend amongst his piers. His enthusiasm for the sport has never wavered and his expertise and the knowledge he has acquired over decades is passed on selflessly to whoever wants to learn. I personally want to thank Tommy for being a major influence on me throughout the years. Although I am from the same era as Tommy we have never met. But if we ever did, I would greet him as a lifelong friend. Thank you Tommy.

Absolute legend, and I love how Tommy still gets excited by relatively standard sized fish, but quality fish !

Tommy was one of the boys when I was a lad, I just got back into fishing at the age of 58, I baught all the gear cos in my head I'm 28 😂 I'll be honest by the time I pack the car and unpack the car at the venue, I'm ready for home, I tip my cap to you Mr pickering.

Tommy says he is using 6mm yellow but I can't find any 6mm only 5mm?
Hi David if they are 2in1 they are 5mm, if they are Wafters they will be 6mm.

19:10 into the video, looks like a worm to me.
I fish that lake a lot and there’s loads of weed. If u pause it exactly when it’s about to be netted at 19:10 u can see it’s not worms it looks like a small old dead reed.
