About 200rs per kg green cardamon grade 5. About 20rs haldi powder. This is the price I pay at a shop if I buy in bulk.

Thanks Anmol, there are 2 East End wholesalers. But if you haven't got a business account I can recommend Kopes Potatoes in hill street Smethick or even Rogers wholesale in Tipton, plenty of bargains in either store.

The headquarters for East End foods are based in West Bromwich, but there are 2 related cash and carries, 1 based in Smethwick and the other in Aston, Birmingham :D

As good as you are at BIR cooking and techniques your camera work needs some attention panning to fast and not dwelling enough on the prices not a complaint just an observation, I noticed however that the Kashmiri Masala curry paste 2.2kg was £18.29 seems expensive at the Falcon Leicester I paid £11.20 two weeks ago, good video content looked a marvellous place will visit it has to be done.
