thanks for the good, helpful gallery info. i particularly like the blur background during a video call. one quick question, after adding the note widget, and swtich off 'match with dark mode', under background color, i do not have white/black option, thus unable to see background transparency
It should be there, i'm wondering if you are using any custom theme/high contrast mode? that might cause the color option to be disabled.

I'm using names to people in gallery since my S20+, but here on S24 Ultra you can not force the device to add names to pictures manually. You have to wait till the phone scans and offers you the pictures to add names to. In reality it means that after every night (when my backup to OneDrive goes on) my phone offers pictures to be tagged. By today my phone scanned pictures back untill 08/2019, but in total I have pictures dated back to 2008.
If it was possible to force my phone to find new faces in pictures manualy, it would be really great!
I've noticed the same thing, we have to wait until the phone scans and shows faces of people, and sometimes it even misses out, same issue with photos of buildings, animals.. etc
Right now there isnt a way to force a manual scan but I also want to see an option to do this.
@@TechGuyCharlieyup, I just found this issue being discussed in Samsung Members, so I contributed there too, which I believe is the best place to let Samsung hear our issues.
What is the best method of sending videos from an iPhone 15 to a galaxy S24ultra? iMessages is what they are used to using for videos, so it needs to be easy for them. Thanks
iPhones are always so messed up when it comes to compatibility and sharing, iMessages arent compatable with Android, so the best iPhone users can do is use Whatsapp to share videos. In the future I might grab myself an iPhone to do these kind of experiments and make videos about it.

Great video, I can't get Gallert Labs to appear? I tried several times but keep getting "[Labs] Gallery labs will be enabled-1"

Strange, it should get enabled after repeatedly tapping the Version.
I checked app drawer search and images not pulling up
Gallery info not pulling up in app drawer search like text in photo. All apps has been chosen in the search. Still not working

Battery drain issue in my s24 ultra its been only 11 days old from the day of purchase am facing this issue but waited for 10 days but still issue not resolved. Anyone facing this issue ?
Nope! No issues with the battery on my S24 Ultra, go to the battery settings and check which app is consuming the most power.
Do a full factory reset once. Also keep the always on display off.
I also discharged my battery fully and charged it up to 100..
These should help resolve ur issue
I went to service center they flashed my mobile yesterday but still issue exist i will return this mobile to service and let them observe battery drain issue . Then hope so i will get new mobile .
I let my battery go to 0 percent 3 times, then charge to 100 percent each time now it lasts for 2 days with no issue
