It looks a lot better than the night time footage of my pixel 8. I wonder if all they did was improving the software or the hardware got an upgrade as well.
And also I think it would be very interesting to see the 4k60fps footage with a dji osmo mobile 6 stabilizer (a gimbal, if you will) Because once I saw a video of walking around Copenhagen shot on a samsung s20 with a gimbal (also 4k60) and since then I have been wondering what the more recent phones are capable of in similar settings if the 5 year old galaxy s20 can produce such a HQ result
That's a bit of a mixed bag, I also have a gimbal, but the internal stabilization is good enough to get similar results, but panning and moving sideways is always better with a gimbal. That said, micro movements are no problems with both kind of stabilization. But big movements like up and down when walking depends more on a steady walking skill.
If you use the "optimize video" function, this only works with the main camera and the telephoto camera. I'm currently testing the Blackmagic camera app, but I think the standard app delivers higher image quality - unfortunately with fewer setting options. If you have any questions, please let me know. -Ben

Yes the footage looks definitely better - with the "cloud computed" mode, but as far as i know the sensor on the main camera is the same.

Which lens on the camera was used to capture this? Stock camera app as well?
