Pulled Over 2 TIMES In My MODIFIED CAR By The Same Cop...

Just got state reffed in the STI... If you are not familiar with a 'state ref' it pretty much is a violation you can get in the state of CA if you get pulled over with engine modifications that do not comply with the state emissions. In the process, you have to remove your mods and put it back to stock and get it inspected to be clear to drive again. A whole hassle and is pretty much a CA car guys worst nightmare. It is what it is though! Gotta stay positive and acknowledge it is part of the 'game'.
